As a recruiter (“headhunter”), my focus and full effort is to find the candidate best suited for the position that my client company has. We have recruited and filled domestic and international positions in the Oil & Gas and Healthcare fields (including ‘Health & Safety’).

 

One of my key objectives is to provide high quality search services for the oil and gas industry – I assist my client companies by being their ‘outsource’ for key Human Resource needs.

With more than 30 years of combined experience in recruiting and business management and development, I know how to conduct comprehensive, customized searches to meet your company’s specific needs. From personal experience, I understand the hiring factors that make a professional ‘fit’, and am able to locate, screen and recommend exceptional candidates.

I am a recruiter ("headhunter") for environmental professionals of all types      including, but not limited to, engineers, environmental scientists, EH&S personnel and business development professionals. I have nearly 40 years of business experience including holding the position of Managing Director and Principal with an international environmental consulting firm and nearly 20 years of experience assessing, qualifying, placing and hiring environmental professionals. I seek and provide career opportunities for environmental engineers and environmental scientists of all types as well as assisting sales professionals in finding business development careers within the environmental industry.

Due to my experience in the environmental consulting industry, I understand the pressures and perspective the environmental manager faces when making his or her hiring decisions. Not only does the candidate have to have technical expertise but in today's business climate they must also possess the ability to generate business both for themselves and for others in the firm and to be able to maintain and grow existing client relationships. In addition, the technical professional must have a grasp of basic business principals in order to be successful in today's competitive market.
