Growing Company in Oklahoma City Is Seeking HR Manager
Job Responsibilities will include:
? Provide support in HR business arenas: health-related benefits, financial &
other compensatory benefits.
? Provide support in people management: recruiting, orienting, processing new hire
paper work.
? Manage existing relationships with recruiters; research and develop new
relationships.
? Maintain compliance in the areas of recruiting, benefits, HIPPA, COBRA.
? Research HR issues as needed.
? Maintain employee benefit and personnel files.
? Update, track and maintain Paid Time Off for the Company offices.
? Assist in developing new procedures and policies as needed.
Company seeks someone with strong and varied HR 'generalist' experience. The right candidate must have have successfully 'worn multiple HR hats'; preferably in a smaller, fast paced environment.
Requirements
Qualifications:
? Minimum: seven (7) years of HR experience, including direct involvement in recruiting, benefits, and employee relations.
? Exceptional organizational, research, analytical skills; meticulous and precise work
habits; a fine appreciation for detail; excellent time management skills.
? Extensive computer skills including proficiency in the Microsoft Office, a thorough
knowledge in use of Internet/Web applications and email program.
? Ability to travel frequently to Corporate offices.
? PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
? Four-year university degree required.

? Leadership/management experience required.
