Opportunity Description:
Growing E&P Company with aggressive plans for 2009 and beyond is seeking an experienced exploration geologist with proven 'prospect generation' skills.
Job Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Must be comfortable with prospect generation
- Experience with Mid-Continent formations
- Developing performance models of individual acquisitions.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- BS Degree in Geology or Geological Engineering
- 8-12 years E&P experience
- Proficiency in PETRA, GeoGraphix, Power Tools (or comparable softwares); Excel, Access, Power Point, Adobe, etc.
Personal Characteristics:
- Focused, goal-driven.
- Comfortable performing as a member of inter-disciplinary ‘team approach’ composed of engineers, geologists, land specialists and other key staff members.
- Self-starter, able to work independently and as a team player, prioritize a complex workload, multi-task, and problem solve.
- Values a small group work environment that is collegial, stable, and professional.
- Excellent communication skills.
