Division Order Analyst - Oil & Gas Exploration

Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain divisions of interest of producing properties.
Create and maintain ownership records, suspense records, and title records in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
Update company ownership records and issue Division Orders or Transfer Orders as necessary.
Coordinate with Land, Accounting and E&P personnel to clarify and resolve problems.
Promote and maintain good communications with partners, operators, producers, and royalty owners.
Serve as a team member on various land or systems projects.
Qualifications:
Must have a minimum of 3-4 years Division Order experience; 5+ years preferred.
Familiarity with the Mid-Continent region/ TX Panhandle a plus.
Must have excellent written and oral communication skills; very good math aptitude; proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Experience with SSI computer software a plus.
Position is Based In Oklahoma City
