Position includes project management (both technical and financial) for large capital program projects. It also includes management of division resources to meet division performance goals and project quality standards, budgets, and schedules. <br />
<br />
Key position responsibilities: <br />
<br />
-Direct/indirect reports: approximately 10 civil engineers, aviation planners, and construction inspectors <br />
-90% billable to a current project, remainder marketing and management of staff assigned to various aviation projects <br />
-Specific project experience: runway, taxiway and apron design/construction at large hub airports. <br />
<br />
The person we are looking for will need to have the following qualifications: <br />
<br />
-P.E. <br />
-Strong preference for a civil engineer <br />
-Large hub airport runway design/construction experience <br />
-20 plus years experience in the transportation/aviation industry environment <br />
-Involvement with major aspects of oversight and management of the <br />
development, design and construction of a range of capital improvement projects. <br />
-Runway design <br />
-Terminal replacement <br />

Other important information: <br />
<br />
-Salary range: ‘upper six-figure’ depending on experience and qualifications (company provided vehicle, laptop, and cell phone) <br />
-FL and out-of-state candidates are acceptable <br />
-Acquisition and relocation: <br />
Reimbursement of actual moving expenses and relocation travel for employee and <br />
spouse provided. <br />
