Financial Analyst: (E & P Experience)
This position will assist the asset team with annual capital and operation budget planning, monitoring and forecasting. The position will gather, analyze and report monthly financial results for asset to management. This position will be the liaison for the asset team with the accounting/finance department.

Job Responsibilites
• Prepares monthly asset level variance analysis including production volumes, capital and operations expenses.
• Provides monthly financial reporting to asset team and management.
• Coordinates AFE preparation, approval and monitoring.
• Provides ad-hoc reporting to team.
• Prepares monthly accruals for production, lifting expense and capital.
• Coordinates and prepares annual capital and operations budgets.
• Coordinates and prepares annual post-audit review of development program.
• Provides guidance and decisions around capital vs. expense, exploration vs. development, and other areas.
• Provides economic analysis and modeling to support project and investment decisions.
• Provides financial support to long-range planning activities related to production, expenses, capital and price differentials.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting preferred (E & P experience will be strongly considered in lieu of Degree)
• A minimum of five (5) years accounting/finance experience in Oil and Gas is required.
• Advanced MS Office skills are required. Excellent modeling and data/ database manipulation skills required.
• Excellent financial analysis and communication skills required.

Exploration and Production Background

Duties and Responsibilities:

Selected individual will assist our Client company in their Oklahoma City location. Responsibilities include assisting in reserve booking, budget tracking, production reporting and economic analysis.
Candidate should be proficient in ARIES, MS Access, Powerpoint and Excel. The candidate must also have strong organizational skills and have demonstrated the ability to handle complex tasks with minimal supervision.
Candidates with science, computer science or math degrees (oil and gas knowledge) will also be considered.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

• Knowledge of: basic math skills to add, subtract, multiply and divide; department and

organization procedures with frequent and varied use of business, legal and technical terminology relating to the oil and gas industry (and specialized software programs).

• Skill in: using Microsoft suite of products (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access)

office equipment (i.e., computers, printers, telephone, fax, photocopier and calculator).

• Ability to: communicate effectively orally and in writing; understand and clarify oral and written

instructions; handle and maintain confidential information; exhibit high-level self-management

skills; prioritize work, perform efficiently and accurately while working on multiple projects

• Requirements: Must have a high school diploma; BS degree ispreferred, but experience in E&P is more significant value (minimum: 5-7 years)

Permian Basin Location

Responsibilities:
- Well designs for vertical, directional and horizontal wells
- Hydraulics optimization and bit selection
- Drill string, casing and cementing designs
- Rig and equipment specifications
- Daily drilling operations
- Problem well analysis and trouble shooting
- Provide operational support when needed
- Cost estimates and AFE preparation
- Cost and Drilling efficiency tracking and reporting
Requirements Qualifications:
- BS degree in engineering
- 5+ years drilling Engineering experience
- Technical and operational experience in horizontal and directional drilling
- Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient with PC based computer applications

Position Overview:

-Performs reservoir engineering analysis, economic viability and commerciality assessment to deliver projects to the development stage.

- Carries out field and reservoir studies as part of an integrated team, and performs reservoir engineering functions including decline curve analysis, material balance, volumetrics, waterflood studies, pressure transient analysis, nodal analysis, and reservoir simulation, etc.

- Evaluates and initiates appraisal opportunities including new drill wells and appraisal projects.

- Provides technical expertise for subsurface risk discussions and decision making, generates appropriate ranges for reserve potential, production rates, conceptual development plans, cost estimates and project timing, and performs sensitivity analysis on any critical factors identified.

- Prepares production forecasts, potential operating plans, expenditure forecasts, etc., and evaluates economic models for asset valuations and budget preparation.

- Prepares project economics as required for appraisal operations and makes appropriate AFE recommendations.

- Attends non-operated partner meetings and provides technical input to reservoir, production and operational concerns.

- Makes presentations to senior management and partners as required.

Requirements EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

- Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Petroleum, with a minimum of 10 years of oil and gas industry experience.

- Reservoir modeling experience is required.

- Must have strong technical background in reservoir engineering including decline curve analysis, material balance, volumetrics, waterflood studies, pressure transient analysis, nodal analysis, etc., and a good understanding of geology. Petrophysical analysis skills and reservoir simulation knowledge helpful.

- Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

- Requires proficiency with economic analysis software (such as Aries, Peep, etc.).

- Must be able to work in highly charged, fast-paced work environment and be able to simultaneously handle multiple projects

GROWING E & P COMPANY - OKLAHOMA CITY BASED

Expanding drilling operations in several major plays has created an urgent demand for a Drilling Engineer (some 'Production' experience would be an asset).

The position requires approximately 30-40 % 'in-the-field' hands-on work.

'Hybrid experience' would be very valuable: familiarity and exposure to drilling, completions and production engineering. The ideal candidate must be flexible and able to 'shift' gears' in a rapidly growing environment.

Requirements
Minimum: 5-7 years actual 'in-the-field' drilling experience.

PE degree preferred, but will consider others; strong consideration given to years and type of experience with E & P background.

Strongly prefer E & P background.

Ability to travel approximately 30-40 % (PA, WV and West TX)

Horizontal experience an asset, but not required.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Minimum: Associates degree in Petroleum Technology a

Prefer: Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Economics/Finance, or a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics, Physics or other pure and applied sciences.

Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the oil and gas industry working in an Engineering Tech or Engineering Support Services role.

Requires general knowledge of oil and gas geology and concepts of reservoir engineering.

Experience in running economics models, preparation and maintenance of Excel spreadsheets and other Microsoft Office applications including Powerpoint is required.

Prepare and maintain divisions of interest of producing properties.

Create and maintain ownership records, suspense records, and title records in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.

Update company ownership records and issue Division Orders or Transfer Orders as necessary.

Coordinate with Land, Accounting and E&P personnel to clarify and resolve problems.

Promote and maintain good communications with partners, operators, producers, and royalty owners.

Serve as a team member on various land or systems projects.


Qualifications:

Must have a minimum of 3-4 years Division Order experience; 5+ years preferred.

Familiarity with the Mid-Continent region/ TX Panhandle a plus.

Must have excellent written and oral communication skills; very good math aptitude; proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Experience with SSI computer software a plus.
